Modern Slavery Statement
Our Commitment
We at Era4 Limited, are committed to upholding human dignity and fundamental human rights across our business and supply chain. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking, or any form of exploitation.
We support the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all of our business relationships.
Organisational Structure
We are a UK based data centre operator providing secure, resilient infrastructure and technical services. Our activities focus on the design, operation, and management of data centre facilities, supported by specialist engineering, facilities, and technical teams.
Our Supply Chain
Our supply chain is primarily comprised of:
Engineering and facilities management providers
Construction and fit out contractors
Hardware and technical equipment manufacturers
Professional services firms
Software and cloud service providers
We do not operate manufacturing facilities. Hardware and specialist equipment are sourced from established global suppliers.
Risk Assessment
Based on the nature of our UK operations, the risk of modern slavery within our direct workforce is considered low.
We recognise that certain elements of the wider data centre supply chain, particularly global hardware and equipment manufacturing, may present elevated risk. Risks may also arise within subcontracted labour used in construction and facilities services.
Actions Taken
To mitigate these risks, we:
Ensure all employees have lawful contracts and appropriate right to work documentation
Pay at or above applicable minimum wage requirements
Maintain safe working conditions in line with UK health and safety standards
Apply a risk based approach to supplier engagement
Include contractual provisions requiring compliance with applicable labour and human rights laws
Request confirmation of compliance from higher risk suppliers
Review and escalate concerns where identified
Ongoing Approach
Preventing modern slavery requires continuous attention. We will continue to review our policies, supplier relationships, and internal controls to ensure they remain proportionate and effective as our business grows.
This statement is approved by the Board and reviewed annually.
Signed by Joseph Parry on behalf of the board on 27th February 2026.
